But when you start talking about issues and what's going on in people's lives to the point where things are talked about that probably have never been talked about before with these guys--you know--it's a pretty significant deal. It had a pretty tremendous effect on everybody saying 'gosh, you really struggle with that? I had no idea. I never knew anybody struggled with that besides me.'"
