What it is

We want to connect older women with younger women in an intentional mentoring relationship.  Through this relationship the women will be equipped and trained in the following things: How to grow in intimacy and relationship to God, fulfilling God's purpose in her life, living out healthy relationships, learning to live with an eternal perspective, and learning to embrace scripture in a new and deeper way.

Vision

The vision is to help Christian women of all ages live God-centered lives, fulfill their God-given potential, and become mentors themselves to the next generation.

At a Glance:

• Who:  4-6 women, 1 mentor group
• What:  Read 1 book a month, quiet time assignments, memorizing scripture, and fully participating in all meetings and discussions.
• How:  Personal transparency and a desire and willingness to become more like Jesus.
• When:  10 three hour sessions and 1 overnight retreat over 10 months.  Occasional one-on-one meetings with mentor.
• Where:  Mentor's house
• Why:  Changed lives.

Who is the ideal mentoree participant?

Women ages 20 and over.

A desire for and commitment to, personal and spiritual growth in Christ.

Teachable, transparent, and the willingness to be self-reflective in the mentoring process.

Ability to consistently attend all sessions and one overnight retreat (retreat to occur within the first three months).

Commitment to pass it on by loving and mentoring another woman or group of women in the future.

Cost:  $150.00, fee for participant notebook and all materials, journal, books, and Scripture memory cards.
