Tara Robbins (Child Evangelism Fellowship)

Tara is a missionary with Child Evangelism Fellowship in the country of Madagascar. CEF’s goal is to share the gospel with children, disciple them in the Word of God and get them connected in a local church.

In June 2012 Tara will begin setting up a training program for Christian teens in Madagascar to train them how to reach children with the Gospel through 5-Day Clubs, which are similar to a Vacation Bible School. With over 45% of the population under the age of 15 and 52% of the people involved in indigenous beliefs, reaching the children while they are young is critical.

Tara got involved with CEF and began teaching 5-Day Clubs in Washington State as a teenager. God used that experience to call her into full time missions after teaching Special Education in the public schools for two years. She moved to Madagascar in June 2011. Currently she is working on learning the Malagasy language.
