The success of our quality preschool department begins with our dedicated volunteers, each of whom is a part of a service team. These teams develop a close bond as a unit and with the children they see on a weekly basis.
Children need many different media to learn, and since we live in a media-focused age, we use various ways to connect with the kids. These include curriculum-based games, age-specific toys and crafts, puppets, music, and videos. Through large group worship, the children are taught songs with accompanying hand motions. This teaches kids that singing is fun and, more importantly, one way to praise Jesus. The weekly Bible lessons are reinforced through small group interactions and parent-led take-home handouts. Worship, teaching, and small groups - what a wonderful privilege it is to support parents in growing fully-devoted “kid size” followers of Jesus.
